What is Vibe Capsule?
Vibe Capsule is a curated bedding and décor line built for dorm rooms and first apartments. Instead of piecing together bedding, pillows, and décor one item at a time, each capsule is a fully coordinated set built around one aesthetic (or vibe), so your space feels finished, and like you.
How does the quiz work?
Take our quick style quiz and we'll match you to the capsule that fits your vibe — no decorating experience required. Each capsule bundles the bedding, accent pieces, and details that go together, already figured out for you.
What's included in a capsule?
Each capsule includes a comforter or duvet, sheet set, throw pillows, accent throw blanket, wall art or desk accessory. Exact contents vary slightly by capsule and bedding size — check each product page for the full packing list.
I can’t decide on one. My vibe is a little of a couple of capsules, can I mix and match?
Our goal is to provide you with premium, comfortable and affordable aesthetics in one easy capsule, so there is less guesswork for you. Therefore, there is limited customization or mixing and matching. We do have some selections of colors for certain items.
Will you have more capsules including gender neutral and masculine-appealing?

Sizing FAQ
What bed size do your capsules fit?
Every capsule is built for a Twin XL mattress, the standard size for nearly all college dorm beds. We also have a limited number of Full sizes.
I'm moving into an apartment with a Full or Queen bed — will you have my size?
We have a few Full/Queen sizes and it’s on our radar as we grow. Join our list to hear first if we add more sizes and let us know if we don’t have your size yet. hello@vibecapsule.co.

How do I order?
Pick your capsule (or take the quiz if you're not sure which one's yours), choose it on the site, and check out — it's that simple.
Is everything in stock?
Yes! Our goal is to ship your Vibe Capsule as quickly as possible.
Because some of our capsules are made with carefully curated items, there may be rare occasions when a specific product becomes unavailable after your order is placed. If that happens, we'll thoughtfully substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value that matches the look and feel of your capsule. In some cases, replacement items may ship separately so we don't delay the rest of your order.
If a capsule becomes completely sold out due to high demand, you can sign up to be notified as soon as it's back in stock.
Do you offer gift cards or gifting options?
Yes, we have our Wishlist so that you can send to family and friends to help with a purchase. We also will have gift cards available soon.
Shipping FAQ
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the continental United States.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 1 business day of purchase, and arrive within 3-5 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Expedited shipping is also available.
How much does shipping cost?
We have a free shipping promotion right now! Use code: vibefreeship. The regular shipping cost is a flat rate of $29.99. $We have taken on the burden of shipping bulky items and absorbed much of the shopping cost. If your capsule contains larger items like large rugs, there may be additional shipping charges.
Can I track my order?
Yes — you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your capsule ships.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive in one box, larger items like rugs will be shipped separately but should arrive around the same time.
Returns & Exchanges FAQ
What's your return policy?
If your capsule isn't the right fit, you can return unused, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@vibecapsule.co with your order number and what you'd like to return, and we'll send you next steps.
Who pays for return shipping?
No risk refunds. Your order is refundable or exchangeable within 14 days.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us at hello@vibecapsule.co within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
